What is your mission statement?

At La Biosthetique, our mission is to reveal an individual's true beauty, through prescriptive products based on their unique biochemistry, delivered via a personalised total beauty experience.

How do I know which product is the right one for me?

We recommend seeking professional advice to find which hair care, scalp care and skin care is best suited to you. Find the closest La Biosthetique salon on the salon locator page.

Are La Biosthetique products tested on animals?

No. Our production and testing is done at our own state-of-the-art laboratories in the Black Forest, Pforzheim, Germany. We test with continuous, intensive scrutiny with a team of international biochemists and we strictly forbid animal testing for any of our products.

Are La Biosthetique products vegans?

Our products don't contain any part of animals, however they may contain some animal derivatives such as beeswax (our lipsticks) or keratin and lanolin (from sheeps wool).

Can I get the list of ingredients of my product?

Account

How do I create a new account?

You can create an account on the registration page. Alternatively, your account will be automatically set up when you make your first purchase.

How do I update my personal details?

Simply log in to your account, go under My La Biosthetique > My Account and you will be able to edit your details.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to your newsletter?

Log in to your account, go under My La Biosthetique > Newsletter and you can subscribe, unsubscribe or update your details for the newsletter. If you don't have an account, you can subscribe to our newsletter by creating an account from the menu Login, register > Register now.


Orders

What payment types do you accept?

We accept domestic and international Credit/Debit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

How do I change my order or shipping address after purchasing?

Your order can only be changed as long as it has not been shipped. To change your order, contact us.

What is your returns policy?

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will proceed to an exchange or a refund. Consult our return policy here.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email giving you links to track your order directly with the courier.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

You can choose to sign for your delivery or leave your parcel unattended if no one is available to collect it.

What if I am not home when my order arrives?

The driver will leave an Attempted Delivery Advice card at the premises, with details on how and when the consignment can be collected.
